«We were a couple traveling from the United States, both in our later 50s. We ended up not staying in the room. After having to bring our four suitcases up two flights of stairs, our room was incredibly hot. When we opened the windows to try to cool things off, we were met by several flies and other insects. «The property was great; plenty of parking, plenty of room to move about. The house was large but quaint and had everything we needed. Very quiet and remote but only minutes from town. I LOVED Paul's (owner/manager) attitude about closing out the house - "you are on vacation... you don't need to do anything except collect your things..." The cottage is newly renovated and has been done beautifully providing a cosy and comfortable place to stay in the fantastic surroundings of the Spey Valley.
