EXCELENTE ALOJAMIENTO DE VACACIONES

Hemos tenido unas buenas vacaciones con nuestros hijos y nietas, en alojamientos individuales separados. Conocíamos la zona de años anteriores y los caminos están cada vez mas deteriorados.La casa es estupenda y bien mantenida y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.Hemos estado bien atendidos y en contacto permanente.

Casa increíble!!Eramos una família, con bebés incluídos, y ha sido perfecto. A tener en cuenta que dos de las habitaciones están separadas de la casa principal, pero no fue un problema para nosotros, todo lo contrario: más tranquilidad para las parejas que estaban en esas habitaciones. La casa estaba muy muy limpia, muy bien decorada, y cuenta con todo. Tiene un pequeño bosque de pinos detrás, lo que le da incluso más intimidad a la casa. Es para repetir !!

Just as good the second time around!!

This was our second stay at the villa after first visiting in 2016. Once again the owner was as helpful as possible with a very smooth check in/out. The property is simply stunning-the views are magnificent,all the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious.The place is spotless with lots of communal areas inside and out to enjoy a morning coffee or a sundowner. The only downside is having to leave!!

Amazing views and peaceful location

We loved the beautiful sunrises and views. The villa is in a great location, peaceful and a short walk down to Cala Baster for snorkeling and swimming. The pool is small but good to cool off and the kids enjoyed it. We had a couple of issues that were resolved by the house management. A few items in the kitchen weren’t clean and the dishwasher doesn’t work well. Two bedrooms are inside the main house and the other two you access from outside - worth noting for families. We had planned to have our young children in separate rooms but this wasn’t possible due to the room setup so we made a bed on the floor using the sofa cushions. Beds were comfortable and there are shutters to reduce the light which is good as curtains are only sheer. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend.

Inolvidable Estancia en la Villa

Nuestra estancia en la Villa ha sido una experiencia inigualable desde el primer momento. Viajé con mi familia y nos recibieron con una cálida bienvenida, nos recogieron y nos guiaron hasta la casa, y estuvieron siempre disponibles para cualquier necesidad, aunque no fue necesario solicitar su ayuda. La casa supera las expectativas que las fotos podrían generar: es realmente hermosa y está cuidada hasta el último detalle. Las vistas desde la Villa son espectaculares, ofreciendo un entorno de paz y tranquilidad que permite desconectar por completo. Además, la localización es excelente, permitiendo acceder fácilmente a varios puntos de interés en la región. La casa está equipada con todas las comodidades que uno podría necesitar, incluyendo una cocina totalmente equipada, habitaciones amplias y confortables, y áreas comunes que invitan a relajarse y disfrutar. El jardín es precioso y perfecto para que los niños jueguen, mientras que los adultos pueden disfrutar de una copa de vino disfrutando del paisaje. Queremos expresar nuestro agradecimiento a Gaia y Pietro por su amabilidad y felicitarles por tener una casa tan perfecta. ¡Definitivamente nos veremos el próximo año! Perfekter Rückzugsort für Ferien auf Formentera

Das Haus ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand und der Ausblick ist einmalig. Es ist ein perfekter Rückzugsort für eine grosse Familie oder eine Gruppe von Freunden. Die Verteilung der Räume ist so genial, dass jeder seine Ruhe geniessen kann. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut unterhalten und es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Küche lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wir können dieses Haus wirklich nur empfehlen. Es wurde an alles gedacht, sogar an eine «Gemeinschafts-Toilette» beim Pool, so dass man nicht immer ins Zimmer muss. Wenn man einen Wunsch äussern dürfte, dann einen Kühlschrank unten in der «Lounge» bei Grill…aber das ist wirklich nur ein Vorschlag.

Fantastischer Platz, toller Ausblick, geschmackvolles Wohnen

Ein ausgesprochen hübsches Haus mit wundervollem Meerblick, für alle die Zeit zum Chillen brauchen. Fantastischer Ausblick sowohl auf den Süden als auch den Norden der Insel. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, gleich ein wenig zuhause... Für uns 6 Personen mehr als genug Platz!!! Separate Schlaf- und Badezimmer, hübsch eingerichtet, gleich 2 riesige Terrassen, bequemes Wohnzimmer, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, viele Pool-Liegen,... Insgesamt alles sehr großzügig und gepflegt... Vielleicht einziger verbesserungswürdiger Punkt: das Haus war jetzt Anfang Mai noch nicht gut "ausgewintert" - wir mussten erst mal gut durchlüften...:-) Fazit: Wir kommen sicher wieder! Hoffentlich bald! Ulli

La casa es... mucho mejor incluso que en las fotos, estuvimos encantados. No tuvimos el placer de conocer a Gaia&Pietro pero la comunicación fue muy ágil. Las vistas son una maravilla, el único pero fue no quedarse una semana más.

Amazing Villa

The Villa is located in a fantastic spot of the island. Super quiet area with sea views and very comfortable in all the aspects. Big rooms and different separate areas to find the perfect place to read a book, listen to music or just stay calm and do nothing. Is Ideal for family and to have a relax holidays. Even better than our best expectations

This was my second visit to Formentera and we chose this property on the strength of the photos. The actual space is far more impressive than we imagined. The space is organized in a main house with 2 bedrooms and 2 additional bungalows that are separate. One of them opens up to a terrace space and the BBQ and pool while the other one is closer to the front of the house and less exposed to noise. The house is well-appointed and well-equipped. And the location, while it feels remote when you're there, is within a 10-15 minute drive from everywhere. The owners handled everything with the same level of calm that you will feel after a few days in their home. The view over the sea and the coast is spectacular from the terrace and from the rooftop terrace.

Nuestra estancia fue realmente maravillosa. La casa de Gaia es perfecta por su ubicación, sus vistas, su infraestructura y equipamiento. Tiene todo lo que uno necesita para vivir unas vacaciones perfectas, y mucho más. Su cercanía con las calas más bellas y las vistas del mar la hacen incomparable. Todo impecable y de calidad. A gem in Formentera

Gaia's house is an extraordinary place. It is beautiful and ideally located, nestled in a beautiful pine forest.The villa is amazingly peaceful and secluded, stylishly decorated and spacious,our breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the sea were truly a bliss,the views are simply spectacular.Gaia made sure everything was arranged for our stay. The house is also the perfect spot to get to various beaches around the island. Leaving the house was a heartbreak.

Con el titular se puede resumir cómo ha sido nuestra estancia en la Villa. Empezando por el trato: tanto Gaia como su pareja Pietro son encantadores, nos vinieron a recoger y nos guiaron hasta la casa, y disponible por si necesitábamos cualquier cosa (no fue el caso). Siguiendo con la casa, las fotos no hacen la suficiente justicia a lo que realmente bonita es la casa: cuidada hasta el último detalle. Y la vistas, espectaculares: se respira paz y tranquilidad en un entorno idílico. Gaia, Pietro, agradeceros la amabilidad y felicitaros por tener una casa tan perfecta. ¡Nos vemos el año que viene! :)

great villa-fantastic host!!!

We had a great stay-Gaia was a great host-answering all my messages immediately-I cannot praise her highly enough. The villa was spotless and if anything the photos do not do the villa justice as there are fantastic sea views from the main terrace. Everything was in perfect working order and Gaia was on hand if ever we needed anything. We were two couples and for us it was perfect-having stayed on the island many times before,it was the best we have stayed at and I would have no hesitation booking again.

The house is magnificent and perfectly adapted for small children. The decoration is modern and big/clean rooms. The host was adorable and took care of us in the perfection. The quality of a hotel with the pleasure to be at home. Great situation near the beautiful quiet beaches of the island. We shall come back!

Stunning property, great location,recommended

We were two families with small kids staying in the villa for one week. I am new to holiday home rentals so I was a bit of a skeptic (and my biggest fear was the house wouldn’t be there!) but we were all very impressed with the villa and the listing was definitely accurate. If anything, the photos didn’t do it full justice since it felt a bit bigger in real life. Having looked at a number of other properties in Formentera in this price range,I was also nervous that all properties would feel like an old “party house” but this villa felt clean and modern. The pool area with the BBQ and charming lounge area was perfect for nights at home and it really was a great, spacious entertaining area. The house had nice amenities too.. All bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms, so the house layout ensured everyone had their own space. Gaia was also quick to respond to the minor problems that we had (e.g. when the pool filter broke, he had someone there the same day to fix it). There were also some very nice places close to the villa which we probably wouldn’t have discovered otherwise like the enchanting Cala en baster. I would absolutely rent this villa again! Thank you Gaia

The most amazing villa!

This property is incredibly beautiful! So close to many nearby beaches with great restaurants and attractions but it's location is so very private. The house, the yard and the pool were breathtaking and surrounded by lovely landscape in every direction. Gaia was a most wonderful host. She responded quickly to any questions we had, saw to our every need and was always very friendly to deal with. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer (due to our travel schedule) as it was one of the ultimate highlights of our trip to Spain! We will book with Gaia again without hesitation. Stunning villa in the best location!

We stayed at this beautiful villa and the house has exceeded all of our expectations. The villa is very tastefully furnished . Every of the 4 bedrooms is different and has its own bathroom. You find several chill out areas with lounges, beds and tables outside of the house. The location of the villa is perfect to discover the Island, just 3 min to San Ferran and lost of beaches 5 min. Gaia is a really perfect host, very pleasant and helpful! We would highly recommend Gaia and this beautiful villa!

stunning villa in the best location!

We had a fantastic time in this amazingly beautiful villa! Gaia is very communicative, everything worked perfectly fine and she made us feel very welcome in this stunning place. The whole villa is very tastefully furnished and has a great charme. With its huge surroundings it offers plenty of space with several lounges, tables and beds outside, a nice pool and a beautiful flora and fauna even with a herb garden. All the rooms are very comfortable and each has its own nice bathroom. I would highly recommend Gaia and the villa!

Breath taking property!!

The only issue we had with this property it was to go back to reality once we finished holidays.! Gaia is also a superb host I wish I could return!

La casa es fantástica y decorada lo justo, esta en un entorno tranquilo pero cerca de todo, las vistas inmejorables. Gracias a Gaia por sus consejos y amabilidad, seguro que volveremos. Es mejor en persona que en las fotos que salen publicadas. La propiedad estaba limpia y recien renovada, muy cuidada. Perfecto para ir con niños.
