San Firenze was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and proactive, especially Santiago who gave us amazing recommendations and took the time to explain everything about our stay. The rooms were large, well maintained and extremely comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, they made our Florence trip spectacular and we will definitely be visiting again!

We loved this hotel. Perfect location a few minutes from all the major sites. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Felt like you were staying in a small B&B since the same staff were there every day and we developed a nice relationship with them. I would highly recommend it

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Florence. Our recently decorated Junior Suite was excellent. The duplex was very clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff were amazingly helpful and always on hand. Can’t recommend enough. Florence is a beautiful town, and the San Firenze Suites is the perfect place to enjoy it.

The hotel staff provided great customer service. I made a mistake in booking the wrong date through Expedia & showed up the next day, and the hotel still provided me a room at $100 euros off full price when Expedia wouldn’t do anything. Reception was very helpful in diner suggestions, helping make a reservation, calling us a taxi when needed and anything else needed. The location is very convenient and we were able to walk to everywhere we needed. I would definitely stay here again when return to Florence.

My husband and I really liked everything. The hotel was lovely. All of the employees were terrific. The front desk crew was excellent, very helpful and always smiling. We stayed in a luxury suite. The room was immaculate upon arrival and the housekeeper did a great job keeping it that way. Our room overlooked Firenze, it was just gorgeous. We even had a balcony in the back where we could relax a little after a full day of shopping, visiting museums and eating (a lot). The complimentary breakfast was really great and offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast. The breakfast staff was excellent as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. The property coupled with the staff really made for an all around excellent experience. On the day of our departure we left quite early for our flight back to NY. The staff even packed us a little breakfast to go because we were leaving before breakfast service started.

This was my favorite hotel that my husband and I stayed at during our recent trip to Italy (that consisted of 4 different cities). The location was very walkable and accessible, but the room was still quiet for sleeping and relaxing. We had an awesome view of the Duomo from our room that we just couldn't get over. The room was very large and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made our stay even that much more special. We loved this property and can't wait to return to it!

I would give 10 stars if I could
Everything about our stay was lovely! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The hotel itself is in a perfect location! Easily can walk to any attractions or the staff can call a taxi for you. The room was beaitiful and I enjoyed the large jacuzzi tub. After days of researching the many hotels of Florence, I am so happy with our choice of San Firenze Suites and spa! Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip!

All the staff at front office was welcoming and willing to help . They made reservations for our taxis and restaurants. Unbelievable effort to make our stay wonderful. When we asked for a couple of amenities, they brought it right away and made sure that we were taken care of. I would recommend this property to anyone for a Florence visit. Close to all museums, shops and dining.

San Firenze was simply one of the best places I have ever stayed. Overall I give them a 4.8-4.9. My single and solitary comment was our bed. While being beautiful with lovely linens the actual mattress might need to be retired. Otherwise this hotel is beautiful with an amazing staff and perfect location. I would recommend it to anyone!!!!

Right in the midst of historic Florence. Period outside, modern, tasteful and quiet rooms and suites on the inside. Great, service minded staff. What more to ask?

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel and our suite were beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. They even arranged transportation to the Florence airport at 4:30 am. To top it off, they packed us a boxed breakfast. By far, our best hotel stay of five in Italy.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Florence, close to everything. Very attentive and friendly staff and delicious breakfast as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for a base while exploring Florence.

The amenities of this hotel were not accurately described on the Expedia website. The description said, "A bar/lounge". There was NO BAR or LOUNGE! We felt trapped in our room, with nowhere else to sit and have a drink! The mattress topper had a plastic type material that made me wake up sweating night after night. I expected more from a 4* hotel. I would rate this hotel 3* tops. I would not have chosen this hotel had I known it had no place to go besides our room! Location was fabulous! Staff was friendly and service was great.

Fantastic stay, highly recommended
Great stay. Centrally located with very well appointed rooms. Service was fantastic. The spa is really cool—great steam room, sauna, and hot tub (just note you need to reserve it ahead of time). I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Awesome Stay
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Florence. The entire staff was incredible! They were welcoming and friendly every time we entered or left the property. They were also very helpful with dinner recommendations and travel plans. After a 4 day stay we were like family. It’s a small, intimate boutique hotel, centrally located. By far, one of my favorite hotel stays EVER!
