«It was a tight squeeze to get in/out but the bathroom was big enough and the small kitchen was nice. The closet too was good. There was a stone path to the back and lots of outdoor lights. I liked the picnic table. The host has multiple private rooms they book out so you may run into other VRBO customers. The bathroom air freshener was a bit too strong I wish I could turn that off»

«It was clean inside but the porch furniture had dust on it and the screen wasn't attached at the bottom so our cat couldn't be out there and we only had 2 towels. I called the number on the outside sign Sunday night but no response, didn't see the number on the frig until the morning we left. So that coupled with a holiday weekend perhaps things might have been different. Other than that it was fine. I hope this helps with your guests in the future»

«My family of 4 stayed in this lovely home and had an awesome short but eventful spring break trip in Jacksonville. The location of the home was not too far from the beach and not to far from shopping! We loved competing in the Jacksonville-opoly game and the kids loved playing the foosball game in the home. It was a very quiet and friendly neighborhood and we felt very safe. I would recommend this home!»

«The unit we were in was very nice. I was there with my 19 month old grandbaby girl. She was just out of the hospital from a liver transplant and we needed a safe, clean, well maintained place to stay. We found it with Ashley at this location. The unit was very clean with just enough of the necessities needed. Ashley was helpful and easy to reach by text. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much.»

«The condo was perfect. Clean well socked. Super nice finishes. The complex was gorgeous. Felt like we were staying at a resort. Pools, work out facility, and game rooms were wonderful. Host was amazing with great communication. Was a little afraid based on the first review, but reached out tot he host and he explained that they had a power outage and had to cancel that first booking. This is definitely a 5 star place.»

«The resort is well laid out but is showing signs of wear and tear. The hot tub didn’t work until the last day of our week there. They have played Jenna with other features. They used to have a high end coffee and hot drink machine. That has been replaced with a cheaper and more basic one, with fewer options. Less staff available and the main building closed overnight.
