«My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. «Upon check-in, we were greeted then and every morning, afternoon and night we stepped into the lobby. Amazing top tier service that did not go unnoticed. We even called for a taxi the first night, was told it would be there in 10-15 mins so we stepped to the nearby bar, came back to the lobby to catch the taxi we thought was ours, but turns out it wasn’t. «Amazing hotel, kids friendly, clean, staff was amazing and especially Doudeline, she served us at Almond Tree restaurant and by the pool a few days, went up and beyond anything expected, incredible customer service, amazing with our kid, just her alone make us want to come back to this resort. Cannot say enough of her excellent and amazong service, top notch, 12 out of 10 stars because of her! »
