«San Carlo is and amazing property and it’s location is stunning, very well equipped and with excellent faxilities. The local restaurant (600 meters away) was amazing as was the cafe and ice cream outlets in the local village. Great pizza too. Fantastic pool and surrounding areas. Perfect for our family of 6. Littitia was amazing, so helpful and professional.»

«This is not a Villa as advertise. It’s an apartment complex that looks like a villa. It is not private. The place is clean, but beds are extremely uncomfortable. There is no cleaning service available. We stayed 10 days without having bathrooms clean despite of requesting service. Location is great and convenient»

«Niccolo was a great host and was easy to communicate with prior to the trip. House was spacious and clean and the property was beautiful. We took advantage of the cooking class with Barbara (extra cost) and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Only suggestion would be to rent a car- getting cabs/rideshare to and from was a challenge although we were able to walk 20 min to the train station»

«Property is a working winery, it is so interesting to be there during harvest. Villa was clean and charming. Authentic, not overly gentrified. The villa listing is for half of the villa -6 bedrooms the other half also has 6 bedrooms. I believe there were a few people staying there but you really aren’t bothered by it. You have your own private pool and courtyard. Hostess was lovely and there is always someone there to get you what you need or answer any questions. »

«We stayed 10 persons from Norway in this beautiful house for one week. Very convenient with 5 en-suite bedrooms. The villa and the surroundings are breathtaking! And Caterina is so friendly and helpful, she is so dedicated and did everything for us so we could have a good time in the villa. It’s a short stroll to Impruneta, we walked or used the bicycles. Impruneta is a small village with a few restaurants, but good restaurants. Caterina’s sister prepared a dinner for us the evening we arrived, ...

«Marilia was a gem. She cooked us a delicious dinner the day we arrived. She arranged for a cooking class on site and connected us with a driver for our day trips. She went over and above to make our stay wonderful. The house was built in 1050 BC and was a treasure to stay in. Many features have been left when modernizing. The cellar is original and a great place to visit or eat while you are there. The views are spectacular. We cannot recommend this house enough!»
