The grounds are beautiful and well maintained were you wake up to the deer, pheasant, and ducks with your morning coffee. The stairs to the second story bedroom can be treacherous so be cautious going up and down and the upstairs bathroom is quite small, however the bottom bathroom makes up for it! «Roberta and Paolo are the perfect hosts. They met us at the villa on check in to show us about the house and helped us with advice about the area. The villa is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. Our group of 6 enjoyed having wine on the covered porch soaking in the incredible views. The property is gorgeous. If you stay in Florence for a few days, take the 8euro train trip to Lucca for a day. Great walking town without the crowds of Florence.»
