«Clean room, AC, Walk Distance»

«The host did not send us check-in information before our stay. We struggled to get in contact with them, and when we finally did they seemed unaware of our reservation. When they finally found our reservation the apartment we had booked were occupied and we were heavily downgraded without any apologies. One door to one of th bedroom was broken and the host made no effort to fix it during our stay. We were offered a small compensation for the whole ordeal, but far from making us happy. Maybe we ...

«This place is the SPOT to be for being able to get anywhere in Florence. Location was definitely unmatched as we walked everywhere. However, we barely slept the entire time as the apartment window faces a courtyard where every single noise echos and the street door is large, makes a sound like a firework shooting when it is opened and then will be slammed shut by every patron of the apartment block. Just a heads up to pack earplugs if you want to catch any amount of zzzz’s on your trip.»

«Nice Stay»

«Flott anlegg med nydeleg hage og bassengområdet. Venlege og profesjonell stab!»

«Location was a bit hard to find at first, especially since we are not Italian and were driving ourselves, but we got it. «Apartment is new and clean. Very spacious and great layout. Was disappointed that ac was advertised but when trying to use cool mode it switched to heat. Also fire alarm went off bc someone burnt something which is out of the control of management but the response took 2 hours for someone to come and silence the alarm. Also trash was left in elevator so we couldn’t use it to bring our bags up to the 3rd floor. »

«This was a fabulous place for two couples. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was great for all our exploring around Florence. Would stay here again»

«Placed in a quiet area a bit out of town center, with private parking for your rental (on request), and staff members that take exceptionally good care of you! The apartment was more than big enough for 2 people, with everything you need for a decent cost compared to many other places. The only negative we experienced was the lack of sound proofing between the concrete floors which can be better.»
