«The host did not send us check-in information before our stay. We struggled to get in contact with them, and when we finally did they seemed unaware of our reservation. When they finally found our reservation the apartment we had booked were occupied and we were heavily downgraded without any apologies. «Apartment is new and clean. Very spacious and great layout. Was disappointed that ac was advertised but when trying to use cool mode it switched to heat. Also fire alarm went off bc someone burnt something which is out of the control of management but the response took 2 hours for someone to come and silence the alarm. Also trash was left in elevator so we couldn’t use it to bring our bags up to the 3rd floor. »

«La struttura è molto comoda, a due passi dal centro storico di Firenze. Ha una bellissima sala comune ed una comoda cucina. La stanza nella quale ho soggiornato molto grande e spaziosa, tuttavia mancante di alcune comodità. Tipo un posto dove poter lasciare la valigia aperta ( l’armadio non è comodo per chi soggiorna 2 notti) , appendi asciugamani nel bagno vicino al bidet ed al lavabo, solo due ganci vicino la doccia. «The apartment was spotless. Perfect for our family to visit my daughter studying abroad. The heat takes a little while to start up initially but it was comfortable the whole time we were there. Additionally, there were only 2 bath towels for the 4 of us and it took a few days to get more. Otherwise the place and the location was perfect.»

«Placed in a quiet area a bit out of town center, with private parking for your rental (on request), and staff members that take exceptionally good care of you! The apartment was more than big enough for 2 people, with everything you need for a decent cost compared to many other places. The only negative we experienced was the lack of sound proofing between the concrete floors which can be better.»
