«Ostello is a great location, away from the touristy areas. My husband and I chose this place, for the 3rd time because it’s in a local & quiet neighborhood. There are about 3 restaurants and a gelato place within 3 min of walking. We stayed for a week (for the 3rd time) and here’s things to consider. You won’t be getting new towels, toilet paper and change of sheets, after staying many days, unless you ask. We stayed for a week, as a family of 4, and had to ask for new towels and more toilet ...

«I know it's a hostel but that's no excusd for what shape this room was in. The room was very worn down, the showerdoor was broken, there was loose power/electricity socket which is bad and can also be dangerous. So, I will not recommend this and I won't come back»

«2回目の利用。シーツはチェックアウトの際にまとめて受付へ持って行くルールがある。 受付から部屋までは迷路のようだけど、部屋の名前がドアや廊下にも書いてあるので従っていけば大丈夫。 遅くにチェックインすると同室者の人は休んでいたため、翌朝準備してシャワーを利用。 スタッフは気さくで、私の上手くない英語でも会話してくれた。»

«Clean, gets loud at night sometimes Service was amazing, all of them were very patient and helpful. I forgot my passport when checking out.. they realized it and texted me on what’s app right away. Fortunately I was still waiting for Uber outside.
