«The room wasn’t clean at all when I arrived - someone else’s hair was in the shower still, there was trash on the nightstand, nothing had been wiped down or dusted, it was all pretty bad. I was given 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and the towels smelled moldy. The bed was unusually small. It was relatively quiet and private though. »

«Had a great stay for the weekend. Needed to get away from Manhattan for some fresh air. This place has a bed and good service, the rest is up to you. We went to the Pollock-Krasner house and Montauk, and just needed a place to sleep. Ocean View Terrace was perfect and a lot cheaper than the other places in the area.»
