    In the heart of Filey, just a few minutes walk from the sand and the sea, is this brand new holiday apartment! Belle House offers everything you need for your perfect seaside getaway, with a great selection of shops, café’s and restaurants on the doorstep and free allocated parking included.

    The apartment is open plan, offering a bright, spacious and airy living, dining and kitchen space. With a wall mounted flat screen TV, comfy sofas, and a selection of board games, the living area is perfect for relaxed family fun after a day at the beach.

    The kitchen is stylish and excellently equipped, providing a full oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave kettle and toaster, and even a Nespresso machine, for that perfect morning coffee whilst you make plans for the day.

    The master bedroom has lovely decor, with a king-size bed, plenty of storage and thoughtful touches like a hairdryer, clock radio and hangers in the wardrobe. There is an en-suite shower room with mains shower, basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

    In the second bedroom, there is ample space with two full size single beds which can be zip-linked together to make a super-king bed should it be required.

    The main family bathroom is very smart and contemporary, with a bath with shower over, toilet, basin, heated towel rail and a back-lit mirror to give a real luxury feel.

    Whilst the seaside town of Filey is famous for a great day at the beach, there are various other attractions in the local area that will leave you spoilt for choice with where to explore first.

    Glen Gardens is within easy walking distance less than a mile away, and offers beautiful parkland and gardens to explore, adventure golf and stunning views out over the coast. If you take your golf a little more seriously, Filey Golf Club is very nearby, just a little further on from Glen Gardens.

    For those wanting to immerse themselves in nature, why not make your way down to the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast for a spot of spectacular bird watching at the Bempton Cliffs. An established nesting spot from March – October, over 200,000 Puffins, Gannets, Kittiwakes and Guillemots take to the ledges of the white chalk cliffs almost 400ft up from sea level.

    The larger town of Scarborough is also only roughly a 20 minute drive away and offers lots more to see and do. You can visiting the famous Rotunda Museum, a beautiful building housing unusual and interesting artefacts, or take a tour around Scarborough Castle, a mediaeval stronghold now looked after by English Heritage, with a busy calendar of live events throughout the year.

Central location and parking was a bonus! I booked flat 6 because it was the only one available for my preferred dates but although I knew it was on the second floor I did find the stairs a challenge as I have mobility issues. That said It would not stop me booking again even if the second floor was the only one available.

Beautiful Filey ...

Had a lovely week in Filey which was made by the quality of the accommodation. This was our second stay at the apartment and was as good as the first. The accommodation was very clean, maintained to an excellent standard and very well appointed. It was very conveniently located in the centre of town yet was quiet enough to be relaxing (apart from the seagulls). I would recommend this apartment without hesitation to anyone who wants to visit Filey The apartment was warm and I would imagine that during the recent hot weather it would be unbearable (but so was most accommodation). Whilst a good cooling tower was provided I would recommend a second one for the bedroom(s)

the property was exceptionally clean and tidy, the property has a nice layout and you don&#39t feel claustrophobic. The property is situated in the main shopping area of Filey and a 5 minute walk from the beach. I would also say a 2 minute walk from the best chippy in Filey situated on the same street !! A amazing stay

Excellent apartment (and Emma was brilliant).

As always the apartment was spotlessly clean. These apartments are perfectly located in Filey. We bumped into Emma whilst out on the Monday morning, the weather was awful and we were waiting for a lift home because the clutch on my car had gone. She let us back into the apartment so we could keep warm and dry. She's an absolute star.

We have stayed in Filey on several occasions and watched these apartments being developed so we’re curious to see the finished article. We were not disappointed. Perfect Escape

Third time we have stayed in Belle House apartments & wont be the last. Everything you could need has been thought of. We chose the two bedroom this time for the larger seating area. Well furnished & absolutely spotless throughout. Located close to everything, the parking is a real bonus. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Bigger sofa in the one bedroom apartments but nothing else !

Excellent accommodation, very high standard especially bathrooms. Very well equipped and plenty of lighting in apartment and communal areas. Only negative when I phoned about WiFi did not get response. Otherwise would definitely recommend!

A perfect place to stay, well thought out accommodation for all your clients needs, along with your own car space. The apartment is central with all amenities close at hand, along with parks, gardens and the beach. Spacious, bright, modern and comfortable. Filey is a lovely coastal spot for the family. Its is our second visit and we will certainly be booking again. The 2nd bedroom is ideal for children. It would be nice if one of your esablishments could offer one larger bed, for the comfort of a third adult.

Our third time at Belle House, and it didn’t disappoint. First time in apartment no6, chosen as we took our daughter and son in law as the configuration of the second bedroom meant the two single beds could be zipped together. Plenty of room for two couples (two bathrooms) sofa and dining area perfect. Will definitely be back as we love the central location which is near to all amenities and the sea. The apartments are a home from home with everything you need. Good quality bedding towels and linen. Very clean not only in the apartment but also all communal areas.

Home Coming

The purpose of my trip to North Yorkshire was for a funeral. Having booked everything from America and not quite knowing what to expect I was massively surprised in an extremely positive way by the apartment. The interior was well appointed and had all the small things ( Iron & ironing board, washer / dryer & household stuff ) you need to make a stay less stressful. It is secure, with it’s own secure parking!! Even a location to dispose of rubbish / trash. Overall a very nice comfortable stay, under the circumstances of my visit it made things much less stressful. A nice touch was art on the walls from the local area. Made it feel very homely. It’s also in walking distance to all necessary amenities like grocery shopping, train & bus station, pubs and of course the beach. As an old local boy it actually made me feel homesick, going back to America will be difficult. These apartments are Filey’s best kept secret. I shouldn’t speak too highly of them or I won’t be able to book them and return with my own son. Book an apartment here, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

A beautiful apartment in a central position. Immaculately clean and is perfect in every way :-)

There is so much to like about this beautiful property. It&#39s central location was perfect for our needs. The cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional. The owners have thought of everything you could need in the apartment - plenty of choice of cooking utensils, board games, good quality furnishings and bed linen. 2 functional bathrooms - a bath is always a bonus (thank you), as is an en suite for the main bedroom. There is plenty of storage for suitcases etc which lets you keep floor space to a maximum. The addition of a travel cot and highchair was very welcomed too. Additionally, arriving earlier than planned, I had good communication with the owner who let us enter the property early. Thank you Negative review In our party, 2 adults were in the twin bed room and this was difficult as the beds are very small (perhaps child size) and this caused difficulties with sleep - not much room to turnover and turning over in the night meant that you rested on the window frame&#47wall. We understand why this is - to make the best use of space but this might be worth mentioning when booking for other adult parties. Our apartment was on the top floor and inevitably, this is a struggle when moving luggage to and from the car park. The stairs were light and immaculately clean however, 2 of our party are disabled another pregnant and the other a 16month old so maybe expectations should be shared from the onset. We did manage but were perhaps more anxious about leaving the apartment on time than other able bodied people would be.
