«We had a great little stay at this apartment, the apartment was well located with plenty of parking at the back. Very clean through out and had all the facilities we needed. We only stayed 3 nights as a quick getaway but we are Filey goers and would definitely return to this accommodation.»

«Property very clean and comfortable. As described. Plenty of space. 2 bathrooms makes it much easier with a bigger group. Communication very good. Excellent site overall - particularly good access to the beach and short walk into Filey. The only downside was the small amusement arcade which was very badly managed. Many machines nit working but still taking money. No staff on hand to resolve problems.»

«Had a lovely stay could do with more trays for the oven as only a couple and very small. The front door of the property had gaps in and with it raining on Friday night and being v windy, the water was coming into the porch area. We managed to dry it all up. Need a better fitting door or rubber seal on the bottom of it. Apart from that we all had a lovely stay.»

«A nice well kept property but could do with a couple of tweaks tomake it even better. Addition of a clock in the lounge eith a floor lamp plus a soap dish in the shower would make things even better»

«Lovely property. Only reason for 4 stars was that there were old balloons under furniture in living room where it clearly hasn't been cleaned. Also the double bed downstairs has damaged slats that were had to repair and was very creaky so barely slept»
