«The cottage was so close to the centre of Filey it made getting around so easy, the cottage was situated on a quiet street so not at all noisy during the day or night. Immaculately clean bedding and towels, everything that was needed was there to use, and added bonus was Sky TV and the seating area outside. The owner Louise went over and above to be helpful Overall a lovely short stay, wish it had been longer.»

«Our hosts had gone to so much trouble to help us celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday leaving little messages and decorating bits of the house. It felt very special. We were afforded and earlier check in and later check out thanks to their thoughtfulness. All very smooth. The property itself is amazing and though we enjoyed exploring Filey, our best times were indoors with all the family. Highly recommend.»

«Great family stay at South Wing. The house is incredible, with large rooms to accommodate everyone. Vast gardens and grounds to explore. Warm and clean with fantastic kitchen. 2 min walk to a great fish and chip shop, pubs and co-op. Highly recommend.»

«We are a party of 5 adults and 4 children, of 4 and under. BH very precious family time and this years holiday, coincided with my daughter in laws 40th so we had a special dinner party. We bought a pack of 6 wine glasses and donated them as 2 originals got cracked. We loved the house lay out and decor, particularly in sitting room and the bedrooms worked well. The kitchen table was a bit cramped with 8 chairs but we managed and the water pressure is obviously a bit of an issue as it was ...

«From start to finish our family of; two 10yo, two13yo, 2 sets of mum's and dad's and 6 adults 35yo to 65yo & two dogs had an amazing time! The house was cosey but big enough to have your own space whether in your room or chilling in the communal areas. More than enough bathrooms/toilets. Beds comfy. Ktichen well stocked with equipment & little things like salt & pepper. Garden very enclosed inc. Outside toilet....will get a hot tub next time! Everyone loved the games room.
