«Alisa is such a caring host! Any questions we had were answered and she was absolutely great during the check-in and check out process. The studio was clean and everything we could have asked for. She even gave us a cute little margarita kit which inspired our drink of choice for the weekend. The bikes were also great. You won’t regret staying here — missing SD already. «The check in process was a bit confusing but everyone was extremely helpful once you get it the rest is easy the views from the apartment were wonderful The amenities were great The apartment was beautiful To be honest there were a lot of homeless people in the area so if that is a concern just be aware If you pay for parking you won’t have to worry about your car being broken into We would stay there again»

«Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Location was amazing, close to shops, beach, restaurants. You can hear some traffic from the sidewalks and streets when people walk by but nothing ear plugs couldn't keep out while sleeping. We also stayed on a Friday night so nightlife was in full swing but not a nuisance at all. »

«Overall fabulous. Great communication and such a comfortable space. Awkward part was parking on the street before you can get into the condo to get the FOB to get into the garage. No parking for 1-2 miles. Also, elevator was broken for the 11 days I was there. Just know you’ll have to climb 6 flights with your luggage. Might want to check if it’s fixed first. »
