«Dirty linens!
We booked very late and options were few, but thought that Holiday Inn couldn’t go terribly wrong. When we checked in, the beds were neatly made in our room, but linens not changed from the previous guest. Lots of small hair and other dirt in the bed. When we told the reception, they offered to change, but didn’t seem surprised and offered no compensation or real apology. Other issues are minor in comparison but we had to make our kids’ bed ourselves and reception doesn’t take ...

«The property was clean and the staff polite and helpful. The breakfast included with your stay was surprisingly good. The carpet in the hallway on the 4 th floor where we stayed was a little lumpy possibly from water damage but the rest of the property was well kept and well managed.
I definitely would recommend and would stay there again.»
