The customer service upon check in and check out was horrible. Upon check in the woman seemed to be annoyed and hated her job. I checked in and explained I had my mobility service dog with me. She continued on to state that I still had to pay the $30 dollar pet fee regardless if it was a service animal or not because I booked a pet friendly room. I asked to speak to the manager on service and was told there was no manager available and that she would do me a favor this time and not charge me. When entering our room, the room was filthy, dog hair everywhere (I understand it's a dog friendly room but the room still should have been cleaned), goldfish all shoved down in the heating/ac unit, dirty coffee cup under the couch, hair in the shower and the wall looked like it had severe water damage. I tried to overlook the dirty room because my kids were super excited to go to the pool and splash pad. OH WHAT A NIGHTMARE.. we walked into a birthday party..the hotel now rents their breakfast area for outside birthday parties that includes up to 50 guests. There were kids everywhere in the pool without any adult supervision. Tons of outside floats, balloons and other trash in the pool. I tried to enjoy the hot tub, what a joke. I had children jumping over me, splashing me, kicking me in the hot tub..again no adult supervision. I brought it to the front desks attention and was told there was nothing they could do since it was a birthday party. The breakfast was a joke. Not Worth it!!!!!
