Hoteller nær Bethany Beach Boardwalk

«The location, right on the boardwalk, is excellent. We had two rooms which turned out to be in the annex across the street. That was an issue because I was having some trouble with my foot and preferred being closer to the breakfast, the lobby, etc. In addition both rooms had complete kitchens but no table or chairs. Not even a desk space for a laptop. This makes no sense and I wish there had been a way to know it before booking. Breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the veranda with the fire pit ...

«Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change ...

«Dirty linens! We booked very late and options were few, but thought that Holiday Inn couldn’t go terribly wrong. When we checked in, the beds were neatly made in our room, but linens not changed from the previous guest. Lots of small hair and other dirt in the bed. When we told the reception, they offered to change, but didn’t seem surprised and offered no compensation or real apology.
