«We chose this hotel at random. We could not have been more pleased with our choice! The room was spacious and clean. The resort smelled really fresh the whole time. The bathroom was great, the short walk to the boardwalk was tremendous and all the staff we saw were so friendly. Would definitely go back!»

«The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, not the basic cleanliness like the floors or beds but more so in much need of a deep clean (ceiling vent in bathroom, walls, light switches, etc). It was so bad in our room that I had to wipe down the light switch and something unknown splattered off the wall. «Dirty linens! We booked very late and options were few, but thought that Holiday Inn couldn’t go terribly wrong. When we checked in, the beds were neatly made in our room, but linens not changed from the previous guest. Lots of small hair and other dirt in the bed. When we told the reception, they offered to change, but didn’t seem surprised and offered no compensation or real apology. Other issues are minor in comparison but we had to make our kids’ bed ourselves and reception doesn’t take ...

«There was no AC in the "old part" of the building stating the hotel was in nuetral for changeover. The room held at 77 degrees with a singluar box fan given. Maintenance began on the pool at 7am sharp on Saturday- loudly- feet outside on ground floor beach front room. Ocean view obstructed fully by tiki bar. »

«My husband had to slam his shoulder into open our door to our room. The manager came over and had to do the same and said he knew about it. The microwave had rust in it. The blinds to the bathroom were broken and people walking outside could s the us in the bathroom. Said offered hair dryer and there was none. Rust in the bathroom and mold in the shower. Very noisy. Beds were very comfortable. »
