«My husband and I were visiting Kansas City for the first time to catch the Kansas City Chiefs game for the first time as well. Searching the internet for a place to stay can be overwhelming. I chose the Unity Village and everything about the place was absolutely lovely. Our room, was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a nice bonus. At the end of the day, The Cafe staff and customers were very friendly and fun. Above and beyond our expectations! I am ...

«I would say the biggest problem was access to the rooms. And then had another problem with the right number, but the door wouldn’t open think. I tried it 17 times then I called and the man on the phone helped me, but the door was difficult that it happened to all the ones in the larger numbers. The bed was great. The pillows were great. The room was great.»

«Great hotel. Very cool decor and very friendly staff!»

«Great historic hotel. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Quaint bar and restaurant with nightly jazz music. Will definitely stay here again.»

«The room and property was great. The location was beautiful with a nice walking path. Only feedback is the pillows were not very comfortable, they seemed old, and it was definitely quite easy to hear the hallway noise, as well as noise from floors above.»

«We stayed in the Victorian Room. It was spotlessly clean. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, shower robes. Staff was great. They were right there when we needed them. Make sure to look at the paintings by Luke. Special note: Breakfast was above and beyond.»

«Nice location but other things pretty disappointing, Our room, the bed was located right by the door. Noise was right there so it felt like I was laying out in the hallway. There was a wedding and reception which was going to be noisy (understandable) but 11 pm kids running up and down the hallway screaming and slamming doors. I called the place from my cell phone and asked if that was part of the experience I was supposed to have. No apology from him. I did not call angry, I was very polite. ...

«Great stay. Clean rooms, beautiful design and convenient location to the plaza!»

«Parking was very expensive. Also, I believed I was booking an IHG location a few blocks from the location of my convention, only to discover that this was 10 blocks away, making it necessary to use public transporation rather than being able to walk.»

«Clean place, close to a ton of stuff to do. Nice rooms.»

«Location and parking was good for us. Didn’t like no microwave or coffee pot in room. Coffee bar was a little expensive but good.»
