«Easy street parking, great communication with host, easy check-in and everything accurately advertised. The bed was wonderful and the back patio was perfect for some afternoon reading and lounging. We ended up walking to and eating at our favorite Santa Cruz restaurant. Great location. Great stay.»

«We had a wonderful stay here with family. It was close to a lot of great restaurants, the ocean and the boardwalk. The home was very clean - always a "must have" for me. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The check in was easy and the communication with the hosts was exceptional. I would highly recommend this property.»

«The place was perfect! Our cars never left the area once we arrived. We spent our time between the house and the beach! There was ample amount of dishes and silverware for the amount of people the house sleeps. There was some beach stuff too which was perfect! There was a Very small list of negatives 1.the oven part of the stove didn’t work right and we couldn’t use it. But the stove top worked fine. 2. The ice machine would pop out and all yellow/brown ice cub once in a while and not sure why. ...

«Very clean and easy to find. Close to downtown, a walking path and the Boardwalk. Just as advertised. The main street was a bit noisey and busy, but fortunately the windows, when closed, minimized much of it.»

«The house had a really nice feel to it with lots of light, ocean views and several places for our family to gather. My husband and I slept in the master and the bed was very comfortable. We were happy we could bring our dog. She had a great time too.»

«The location is great, plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The only thing that needs improvement would be the beds and shower heads, other than that everything was perfect. I enjoyed the house, easy parking. The house had plenty of room for 5 of us. I would stay again, good place for sure! The hosts are great and very easy to communicate with, give them a 10/10»
