«Overall, the home was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. It was a short drive to everything, but not very walkable. The common areas were furnished nicely, but the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Much too hard for our taste. We marked it down for cleanliness because the carpet was very spotty, mainly in the primary bedroom, and the handles, knobs and light switches throughout the house were not clean. High touch surfaces need extra attention in short term rentals. »

«The location is great, plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The only thing that needs improvement would be the beds and shower heads, other than that everything was perfect. I enjoyed the house, easy parking. The house had plenty of room for 5 of us. I would stay again, good place for sure! The hosts are great and very easy to communicate with, give them a 10/10»

«Guys annual golf trip. Located minutes away from Seascape GC & Delaveaga GC; near beach, walked to Manuel’s for great margaritas, Med Sports bar with pool table, and amazing ice cream at Marianne’s. Perfect place with ping pong, grill, rooftop deck, large TV. We’d return here soon.»

«This is a remarkable house, hidden in the redwoods on a small mountain road several miles from Watsonville. It's a uniquely designed home, a great kitchen, and four bedrooms. The road and driveway up to the house are themselves quite an experience, and guests should be aware that there are quite a few stairs up to the large deck. »

«The curry smell was tolerable but the jacuzzi tub didn’t work and many of the light bulbs in the house were missing. The backyard had beer cans and cigarette butts I cleaned up myself. Some things in the house could use repairs. Feel the price was excessive for what you get»
