The Space:
This luxury home is designed for comfort, style, and relaxation in the heart of the Santa Cruz Redwoods.

Primary Suite: King-size bed, cozy sitting area, blackout curtains, and a spacious ensuite with a soaking tub that offers stunning redwood views.

Guest Bedrooms: Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed and room-darkening shades for restful sleep.

Office: Dedicated workspace with a sitting area, desk, printer, and TV—perfect for working remotely.

Bathrooms: Three full baths upstairs (including the primary ensuite). One shared bath features both a walk-in shower and a separate tub/shower combo. A fourth full bath downstairs includes a walk-in shower.

Living & Views: Expansive picture windows frame the surrounding redwoods, bringing the outdoors in.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with high-end appliances, 48” gas range with double oven, and a reverse osmosis water system with hot and cold water.

Technology: High-speed internet, cable TV, and streaming apps for your favorite shows.

7. Unauthorized late check-outs past 11 am with a 10 min. grace period will result in an unprorated $75 hourly charge.
8. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind
9. Must follow trash and recycling guidelines provided to you in the check-in instructions. Absolutely no overflowing trash or recycling
