The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. «Very easy to check in and out. The house conveniently locates near shopping center, but in the quiet neighborhood. It takes less than 1.5 hours to visit Rocky Mountain National Park in the North and Colorado Springs in the South. Chris' house is clean and have everything we need for the short stay. Thank you»

«House was clean, well stocked with linens, kitchen and bathroom necessities. Perfect for three couples traveling together. Nice common areas to cook, eat and hang out, but nice to have three separate bedroom/bathroom “wings” for some privacy when needed. Only issues were the dryer not working (and no sign telling us so) and the kitchen table extremely unstable. Easy fixes that would have made my review 5 stars!»

«We loved it. The back yard was perfect for the toddlers and 4 year old to play. The swing set was a big hit. The adults enjoyed the ping pong table after the kids went to bed.
