«The building is a classic, older one that looks great. The location is close to Oceano, Grover Beach, and Pismo Beach. Nice overall environment. Friendly, positive, owner always ready to help out with anything we needed. We didn't need anything, but definitely felt at home. We'll return if we get a chance!»

«Amazing place and an amazing host!»

«The cottage is cozy and clean. it was perfect for our trip. We had the best time make sure you get the chippers cookies they are fantastic. Our hosts were just great I would highly recommend the Cottage. We hope to visit again soon.»

«This is a beautifully peaceful vacation property and we enjoyed our stay.»

«Overall, we enjoyed our stay.»

«Loved everything about this place. The aesthetic was magazine-worthy, So quaint with so much attention to detail. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything you could possibly need. The bed was so incredibly cozy with the most plush blanket that I must find for my bed at home. Loved little details like the welcome book, the candle, wireless charging, & toiletries in the medicine cabinet. The clawfoot ...

«Very cute, modern 2 story unit. Very well equipped with nice cleaning supplies, washer dryer, dishwasher etc. The downstairs bathroom could use a grab bar for getting in and out of a very deep tub, otherwise it was near perfect.»

«Amazing location and host!»

«Great cottage style 2 bed 2 bath home in Arroyo Grande with an amazing territorial view of the town. Every detail about this home is wonderful - coffee maker, ice machine, hot tub, 2 bidet toilets. It's well stocked with the right supplies to make your stay extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the location, walked to town regularly to hang out, have breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy music. The main house on the property is great, and the guests were always great to meet for a quick hello. We ...

«Everything was fantastic and worked perfectly for our quick trip. Location was super convenient.»

«The downstairs toilet did not flush adequately, the upstairs shower water pressure wasn’t too good and the coffee creamer they supplied was bad.»

«The house was very clean and comfortable. It had a well stocked kitchen and everything was in working order. The number of steps into the house was never mentioned and it could be difficult for older visitors. We had a good time with numerous places to hang out both inside and outside.»

«This property was perfect for me while visiting my daughter at college. It was clean and comfortable for her and I to both stay in. The outdoor fire table area was great for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. I would definitely stay here again!!!»

«It is a beach house! It is perfect for what it is. It is not fancy. But it was comfortable for our family of 6! Kitchen worked well for us. It was hotter than usual for the Grover Beach area. Thankful for screened windows, fans and a fair air conditioner! A short walk to the beach. Were able to see a launch from Vandenberg! Great parks for our 3 yr old grandchild, were nearby! Host, Jon were quick to reply when we reached out. Couldn't have been better! Also had left us an unexpected ...

«The home was very clean and organized. Traveling with our daughter and grandchildren. With the three bedrooms and one with three twin beds, it was ideal. Beds were comfortable and the extra parking spots on the property is an added plus. It's an easy walk into downtown area. Central enough for a short drive to the beach in Avila and Solvang. While we always bring our own coffee, having a drawer full of coffee pods and sugar provided was a nice surprise. Kitchen is well appointed.  ...
