«We only stayed one night but it was a great one! The beds are big and the linens are nice! The washer and dryer were a huge plus for us. The whole place was beautiful and walkable from the Amtrak station over the pedestrian bridge (which has a ramp if you have wheeled luggage). The late check-in time (4pm) and early check-out time (10am) weren't great for us but the host okayed us checking in 15 minutes early. »

«This property is great for pets, located in a very nice neighborhood with a good park close by for walks. Also close to downtown, the train station and a shopping center with a grocery store, CVS, etc. Beds are comfortable, good pillows, quiet area. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, cutlery, glassware, well equipped (only missing an ice cream scoop ! ). The fenced front yard with "fake" grass worked well for our dogs. «Place was super clean and host was accommodating to a late checkout for our specific date. Kitchen is well-stocked. Easy parking and very close to Grover Beach (very short drive or doable walk if not lugging lots of items.) Corner coffee shop and bakery were excellent.The master bed is on the firmer side, for those who wish for a cushier mattress. I was fine. «The location was great based on the plans we had for our weekend. Very easy to navigate SLO. House itself worked really well for our group of 6. The only thing I missed on the listing was there is no central AC so the upstairs was pretty hot at some points especially when it was 100 degrees one of the days. «My wife complained about little closet space and wished there was a mirror over the sink. Heater didn't work , but Leslie brought over a portable heater which was fine. Personally I enjoyed the cottage which had everything I needed. Not disappointed at all »
