I ordered the room in November 2025 and I wrote I would like a room with a nice view. I choose the hotel due to the fact that I saw nice old buildings on the pictures on their webpage. They did not write back that I cold not get this. If they had been honest, I would have ordered another place. I also checked in at 12 the day I arrived and I said the same thing. The female receptionist still did not say that that wasnt possible. The pool was always full and we had to wait to get in, but they didnt follow up to let us know it was our turn so we had to sit in our room waiting for a phone that did not ring. The receptionist should have had some sort of booking system. Then everybody would know when the pool could be used. The last day two receptionists were standing looking at their computers and not saying anything to a teen who was lying all over a sofa with her feet up in the sofa. She should have been told off.
