The location of the hotel is good, just a 10–15 minute walk from all the popular attractions. That is unfortunately the only positive thing I can say about this place.
From the moment I arrived, the experience went downhill. I was placed in a room at the very top of the building, requiring several flights of stairs to reach it. This was not mentioned beforehand and was extremely inconvenient.
The cleanliness was unacceptable. The bathroom, especially the shower, was clearly not cleaned properly, and the windows in the room were dirty. Basic hygiene standards were simply not met.
The worst part, however, was the noise. The walls are PAPER THIN. I could hear absolutely everything from the neighboring rooms — snoring, bathroom visits, full conversations, every single word. It felt like there was no wall at all. Because of this, I barely slept for several nights.
When I brought this up to reception, I was told, “That’s just how it is — good thing you have headphones.” This dismissive attitude perfectly sums up the level of service.
This is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.
