«Stayed for three days . asked everyday for someone to fix my TV, did not work at all. Several people came but none fixed . Said internet did not reach my room. Then why was I paying for a TV? Last evening of my stay they offered to move me. Kept saying they wopuld speak to mgr about problem but nothing ever happened. Breakfast was availble but low quality.Very dissappointed.»

«This was the first Embassy Suites that we have stayed at. It was a very pleasant experience. Staff was great and very friendly. The atmosphere was very kid friendly. The rooms were nice. Comfortable beds, fairly clean, and I love the layout where there is a sitting room then a room for the beds. We had a beautiful view to watch the sunset. Breakfast was great, lots of variety including soda machine instead of just juice and someone there making omelets to order. We will definitely be back next ...

«The night clerk was not friendly at all tried to do small talk with him and got the shaft. No response. Also the complimentary water was not offered as courtesy. Had to ask for them. Got all the way to our room and the card to the did not unlock the door. Went back downstairs and told the clerk the key wouldn’t work to unlock the door. He had to meet us back up at the room to unlock the door because he said the battery was dead in the door lock. Which is insane. He should’ve knew that before we ...

«This was a cozy cottage home that we rented for the weekend for a volleyball tournament. It was beautifully appointed and decorated with design flair. With only one extra bedroom, it may work best with small children or same sex children, but we made it work with my teenage son and daughter by pulling the trundle mattress to the living room for my son.
