Our stay this weekend was extremely disappointing and unfortunately not somewhere I would ever recommend.
The bathroom smelled strongly of vomit upon arrival, which immediately made the room feel unclean and poorly maintained. The mattress had a noticeable dip in the frame, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The towels were dingy, and the walls were so thin that we could hear everything happening in neighboring rooms.
Several amenities advertised were either broken or unusable. The breakfast drink machine did not work. The vending machine did not work. However, we were told we could purchase a $2 bottle of water from the front desk. On top of that, the shower curtain was not waterproof, leaving a large pool of water on the bathroom floor after every shower.
Overall, this experience felt neglected and poorly managed. Cleanliness, basic maintenance, and functioning amenities are the bare minimum for a hotel stay, and this property did not meet those standards. I would strongly encourage management to address these issues before hosting more guests.
Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
