«By the time I checked in, at front desk, I was advised that I was not registered for the room, and that it had been given to someone else. I attempted to tell the front desk that I had been charged for $290.00. They explained that since I went through Expedia, that I would have deal with Expedia. So not only did Hilton/Expedia give my room away, they also kept the $290.00»

«When we checked in and went to our room, we opened the door to find it occupied. Thankfully it was at the time of day when no one was in there. It made us uncomfortable knowing the records didn't show it occupied.we didn't feel comfortable leaving anything of value in the room while we were out during the day. The lady at the desk seemed surprised about it being occupied as well. She quickly got us another room and was helpful about it. We mentioned the situation to the gentleman working upon ...

«The reception was not manned, although someone showed up to check me in after about 5mins. The room smelled musty and damp. The pillows were small. The blinds on the window did not work. I couldn't close them completely so there was a lot of light coming in. Someone was using a power washer to wash their car outside the room three doors down. It was very noisy and they did not stop until around 11pm. When I left at 8am the following morning there was nobody in reception and no breakfast was ...
