«The place was easy to find and close to everything we did. Parking was also good and the view was very good. The staff didn't seem too informed about the area or able to answer questions. It would have been nice to at least have a microwave in the room. Also, at breakfast there wasn't any silverware (or plasticware). Also, there was a pop (soda) machine, but it was empty so I lost my money on it. Maybe there could be a shelf put in the bathroom for toiletries. »

«The hotel and room was clean, pleasant and very comfortable. Parking was very accessible and close to the hotel entrance. The only negative of my stay was a group of Maine Dept of Transportation workers were staying at the hotel during my stay. They were loud in the hallways in the evenings when most guests are winding down after a long day. Also, my room was on the 1st floor and unfortunately a loud guest (heavy stomping thru the night and early hours) was right above my room on 2nd floor. ...

«The property was great. We only had an issue with checking in. When we provided our credit card for incidentals my card was declined. We tried other credit cards including my husbands and they all declined. It was quite embarrassing however the women at the front desk was super helpful and figured out it was an issue with Expedia. She mentioned that when I booked the rooms through Expedia the number of people in the room that was updated from 7 to 4 became an issue and the cards wouldn’t work. ...
