«Parking is free and there is a lot of space. Despite being right next to 95, you can't hear the traffic. Rooms are spacious and appear to be newly renovated. There are two sinks, one in the bathroom and one in the hall which was nice if someone was taking a shower you can still brush your teeth. Breakfast was good, the only issue was that the breakfast area was a little small so you have to dodge people trying to get food. Still I would stay there again.»

«This is the best Best Western we've stayed in. We had the family suite and it was spacious. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. By far, the most impressive feature of this hotel are the staff. Due to my mistake, we had to transfer to another room for one night. The staff were so helpful in getting us into the room quickly. «We loved our stay at Elsa's inn. The breakfast was amazing and we learned so much about the history of the area from the host. Location was unbeatable. We went to a nearby lookout to watch the sunrise and it was stunning and not crowded like the places right by Bar Harbor. This stay was one of the highlights of our trip around Maine!»

«The breakfast while mass-produced covered all of the possible breakfast foods and then some- so more than the usual continental breakfast. The shuttlebus stop into Bar Harbor and beyond also couldn't be more convenient. Their is also trail access at the back of the property for certain trails. A great place!»

«The room was large and the view from the top floor could not be beat. Having a balcony to sit on and enjoy the spectacular view was special. The hotel was convenient to Bar Harbor and Acadia. It was nice that the free bus came directly to the hotel for pickup so one didn't have to deal with finding and paying for parking in Bar Harbor. The staff was friendly and we appreciated having a free breakfast each morning.»

«It’s a motel ( nothing fancy) but was very clean. We stayed on the floor level and it was noisy from the rooms on the 2 nd level. Yes I would stay there again. Very relaxed and had chairs and benches outside your room. We could walk to 3 restaurants from the place. Very convenient location.»

Since most hotels in Maine tend to be quite old, this property was a wonderful surprise—it’s relatively new, and the rooms are both spacious and clean. They also provide complimentary breakfast, which was actually quite good. Highly recommended!»
