«I hate to write negative things, this inn has many things going for it. The mattress in room 6, however, badly needs to be replaced. You sink in about six inches when you sit and the springs squeak and groan every time you move. There is only one accessible grounded outlet by the door. Other outlets are concealed behind furniture. «Good things — The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom and shower area were clean, and the view outside the tent was beautiful. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly. Bad things — The tent itself was not as clean as expected, with many bugs on the ceiling and walls. The floor was also not properly cleaned. The fireplace was ineffective and created more problems than comfort. Smoke repeatedly triggered the fire alarm and woke us up in the middle of the night. Since it was ...

«I was very happy about the room at Acadia Pines Motel. The price was great, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff friendly, quiet surroundings, free parking , with a BBQ restaurant next door and seafood across the road. And this was 10 minutes away from the center of Bar Harbor. Why spend a lot of money if you are just looking for a place to sleep. I will reserve again!»

«It was a get away to a quiet place with a lot of unique features. There is a walking path lit with colorful leds, that was fun to stroll. The out house is funky but very clean, a very rural experience. The cabin was very nice, almost like palacial tree house but on the ground. It was warm enough and I slept well too.
