«立地環境は良かったです。 喫煙部屋しか無かったので宿泊しましたが、やはり臭いが気になりました。 芳香剤などが欲しかったです。»

«The room was very small. We came from Kyoto, and the price for this hotel was horrible compared to what we got there. The beds were very narrow, queen size is a lot smaller than in Europe. The breakfast was OK. The bath department was nice, but the water was very hot.»

«Great owner, great neighbor, great people. »

«We stayed for 4 nights at Rio Grande, the location was excellent for both accessing the metro and for walking into Shinjuku (45 minutes). On arrival we had a long delay at the airport and were much later arriving than expected (after 12 at night), the staff were supportive and we were able to access the property easily. I would highly recommend this apartment for its location, for the facilities available and for easy contact with the staff. Thank you»

It’s wet all over the restroom. There we no toilet papers. Nobody has cleaned that room before it was given to us. That night, I asked for a ...

«I had a three weeks vacation in Tokyo and needed a hotel that could provide a nice room with Wifi and TV. I didn't need anything fancy, so this hotel was suiting everything I needed plus a little bit more. The staff is nice and helpful. As I'm fluent in Japanese, I haven't tested their English, but I think they are able to communicate well. The breakfast menu was great, they have a variety of Japanese and Western options which you can choose from at the buffet. They could improve on vegetarian ...
