You'll enjoy your stay in this beautiful and comfortable 120 m2 apartment with three bedrooms, shaded patio with table and chairs and two bathrooms.

House is located in small coastal town Dugi rat, less than 2 min walking to the beach with the crystal clear sea.

Apartment is located on the ground floor of the house.

It consists of a spacious living room, 100 m2 patio, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen.

Living room is spacious with large smart LED TV with satellite channels.

Master bedroom have one comfortable double bed and direct exit to the patio.

Second bedroom also has one comfortable double bed, and third bedroom has two cozy single beds.

We also offer one single bed and one extra bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes and fridge with freezer so you can prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Apartmant doesn't have its own washing machine, but can use our washing machine on agreement.

Each bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

Baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge, please contact in advance.

We provide you free parking in the yard of the house for three cars.

All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke outside.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


***** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the apartment.

Garden, outside fireplace and outside terrace are shared with guests of our other apartments.


***** The neighbourhood:

Dugi Rat is a lovely town located on the Adriatic coast, near the town Omis.

It has a beautiful beach, and is also close to the other tourist pearls such as Split, Trogir and Makarska.

It is an ideal place for people who wish to spend their vacation in peace and quiet, but still close to buzzing tourist centers.



***** Getting around:

You can get to us by car.

Bus station is just 100m away from the house.

If you are coming by plane, we can arrange you transport from the airport to the apartment and back to the airport.

If you need anything we're here to help.

Otherwise, you won't be disturbed.

We respond to all questions as soon as possible.
