Perfectly located on the best part of Dubrovnik, just across Libertas Rixos hotel, with the best views on sea, islands and Old town, our guesthouse is perfect for exploring Dubrovnik and area.
2 bedroom apartment has 44 sqm and furnished terrace with amazing sea view...
From terrace you can see for Lovrjenac and Dance!
Apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and another with twin bed (we usually keep them pushed together so in the case if you want them prepared to be separated, please let me know).
Fully equipped kitchen provides cutlery, utensils, microwave, toaster, stove, oven, water kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher.
Bathroom has bath tub, hair dryer and washing machine.
Apartment also compromise SMART TV, A/C (in double bed bedroom), furnished terrace with sea view, safe (located in bedroom), freeWiFi.
Private parking is available but please note that reservation in advance is needed.
In radius of 500 meters walking distance you will find grocery store, ATM, caffee bar, restaurant.
Beach is 1 minute away.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Quiet and perfectly walk-able!

We loved our time here! The Juliette porch and view made our stay that much better. As well as having easy access down to a local swimming hole/beach and being easily walkable to old town Dubrovnik - our hosts were accommodating, kind and full of lively chatter about the neighborhood and Dubrovnik as a whole!

Father and Son Game of Thrones Trip

Spent a quick weekend with my son who is studying in Rome and had a fantastic experience in Debrovnik. The accommodations were perfect for us! Very clean, close to all the best of Debrovnik without being in the middle of the tourist activity. The host was pleasant and kind and offered genuine advise to maximize the quality of our experience.

Great place

This property was nicely located on a quiet side street. Near the beaches and the Lapad neighborhood. Great terrace. Well appointed unit - my only surprise was that the AC was only located in the primary bedroom. However, it kept the rest of the unit at a reasonable temperature. It’s likely only Americans like us who love our AC will even care.

Stellar view

Location of this property was great for a view of Dubrovnik. Close to a market, good restaurants, free parking and a large wonderful portico for sitting and watching the sea. Communications with the owner were prompt and very helpful. Interior was comfortable for the 3 of us with a well appointed kitchen.

Fantastic sea view but house needs updating

The house has amazing Seaview with spacious terrace. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was a bit dated and could do with some TLC. Eg a piece of the skirting didn’t attach properly, the single beds had more of a dorm feel than anything luxury. Overall, though, we did really enjoy our stay and would recommend it.

Great spot for a few days

Final part of a family holiday in Croatia. A great location for a few nights. Next to a very big hotel which you can walk through to get to a nice little beach (Bellevue). About 20 mins to the old town. Apartment good. Air con on main room only though which was a shame as very hot in the other rooms. Got everything you need though for a short stay.

Dubrovnik gem

This property exceeded our expectations! Very easy to find, close enough to the places we wanted to visit while in Dubrovnik to access by either by walking or a quick Uber ride, and enjoyable to relax in for a quiet evening. The view was stunning and such a treat to wake up to every morning. The host was great- always quick to respond to any communication that was necessary or questions we had. I will recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to stay in Dubrovnik!

Two day family stay

The apartment was perfect for a short stay in Dubrovnik. Everything was a walk away and the view from the terrace was beautiful! Lounge is small but we were hardly there so not a problem for us.

Fantastic Dubrovnik Stay

Fantastic apartment for our short stay in Dubrovnik. We especially loved sitting out on the terrace overlooking the sea. Quick walk down stairs (somewhat steep) to the water. No sandy beach entrance but that seems typical of Dubrovnik. A quick cut through a neighboring hotel terrace gives you access to a public beach with ladder entry/exit. We walked into the city center from the apartment which was about 15ish minutes and a nice stroll although there is a public bus stop not too far away either. The beds were comfortable and place was very clean, The bedroom with two twins is a bit tight if you are fully grown people and have more than small carryons but we managed. Our host met us upon arrival which made check-in easy. Our only issue was a problem with our payment not getting processed via VBRO. Something went wrong with our credit card payment which necessitated having to send an international wire transfer right before we left which was a bit stressful but it all worked out fine in the end. Would certainly stay here again if we ever make it back to Dubrovnik. The host's brother gave us an excellent dinner reservation which led to a beautiful and delicious last night dinner just outside the city walls with a water, sparkling city lights & stars view plus, piano music as we dined. Got the courage up to try the black risotto which was wonderful. My only suggestion for improvement might be to add 1-2 more chaise lounge chairs on the terrace

Unforgettable location, sweet host.

The view from the terrace was immaculate. Phenomenal photo opportunities and relaxing to just sit, look at and enjoy. The place had everything we needed and more. It was fun to walk around the area and explore outside of the old town. One note: there was no self-check in process. Our itinerary changed which led us to arrive pretty late in the night and someone had to be there in person to hand us the keys. It was not ideal and we felt bad, although our host was understanding and kind.

Fabulous

Really enjoyed the terrace, location, views Inside space was a bit limited but the terrace more than makes up for that. Loved the location as can walk to old Town from here in 20 minutes and there are fab restaurants around too. Particularly enjoyed Taj Mahal which serves Bosnian food and is a 5 minute walk away. Apartment was clean. Bathroom had an AC but no remote sadly so was very hot. A door fell off its frame while we were there, but owner was over after she was informed to try and get it solved. There is a very small rocky platform to access the sea for swims a few metres down the road

Veranda View

Clean and lovely place. Best part was the veranda with table and chairs. Spent out evenings looking at the beautiful view, playing cards and having cocktails.
