«Clean house. Nice view on second floor covered patio. We enjoyed the stay overall however the back area needs some help. Backyard water hose and faucet was in the pool equipment area that is enclosed. Wanted to clean fishing gear but couldn’t. Pool needs bottom tiles replaced and pool lights fixed. Wanted to skim the pool but no pole net. They brought a skimmer net with no pole!»

«The stay with our kids and grandkids was priceless. The main house was pretty clean and comfortable. The pool was great. The fireplace was burnt through, grill dirty, gameroom very hot and smelled of dog pee and one room in gameroom was not cool and smelled of dog pee. I contacted the host about air in room and there was no resolution . The house needs major upkeep as far as indoor and outdoor furniture. The cleaning people and host were nice but I dont feel the host wants to spend on making it ...

«My family of 4 (dad, mom, 9 and 5 yr old) had a great time for the 8 nights we stayed there. We chose this place for fishing and it did not disappoint. They had some rod holders installed at the end of the pier and lights on the water and power to help with night fishing. Even had power to run our aerators for the bait so we did not have to use batteries all week. House was clean and had essentials. We grilled on charcoal pit and cooked in the kitchen several times. Property is modern & well thought out for guests, rooms offer plenty of comfortable beds and location is close to NASA, fun bars/hangouts as well as HOU Hobby Airport. Owner was communicative & directions/access was super convenient. A definite bookmark for our next visit to the Lone Star State!!»
