The Lodge can also be combined with the homes next door to accommodate large events like

family reunions, weddings, and corporate events. Guests booking our combo listing can exclusively enjoy a private pier. When booked separately, the pier is shared among the two houses.

Other things to note:

There will be an added fee for the heated pool if you’re visiting in the cooler months or just want the pool a bit warmer. Please ask ahead of time as it takes time to heat up.



Wheelchair accessible via the back entrance, providing step-free access into the home. A bedroom is available on this level. No lift available.



We welcome up to 2 pets. It is charged $125 per pet. Don't forget to include them in your booking for a smooth check-in experience. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. If evidence of pets on these surfaces is found, the security deposit will be withheld to cover the deep cleaning fee.



All Booking Guests MUST sign and comply with our Rental Agreement, submit a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (front and back, fully unfolded), and complete a fully refundable $500 security deposit.



You and your guests are required to provide your full legal name, email address, phone number and address for identity verification.



Complete all booking requirements before check-in, as property access cannot be provided until all requirements have been fulfilled.
