«Absolutely fantastic space. Great house close to centre and easy walk to marina and beach. Plenty of takeaway options within a few minutes walk. No need to use the car. Plenty of parking. Great stay for 2 families of 5 with kids (2-13). Everyone could always find their own space. Great space for family games. A few steps getting in and once inside but really family friendly. We could all sit to eat around the table. We didn't use it as New Year stay but the outside space looked fantastic. »

«Pleasant little property close to the main town. Parking is a major issue with very little parking close to the property on many occasions. Although a short walk from the main town the area is very steep and is not suitable for anyone not fit and able. The hosts of the property were very responsive with messages and accurate and slick at check in. We did however find the accommodation not a clean in arrival as some other properties we have stayed in. The fridge and freezer was not turned on ...

«We decided to.return to no3 the vista with our young family and dog. It was cleaned to a high standard, and the decor is tasteful. The Willingcott site is lovely and our daughter enjoyed the park and pool, which is bookable. We came during a heatwave, but the breeze on top of the hill was a welcome relief. Good location for Woolacombe/Saunton/Croyde.»

«We loved our stay at buntings in Brixham. A great quiet location, 15 mum walk to town, beach or berry head nature reserve. The beds are very comfy, the living space is great for all and a toddler. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked every night as we had a toddler with us. Great that we could take our dog too. We would highly recommend and hope to return as a family group next year. Brilliant value, thanks very much to our hosts.»

«A fab property in Salcombe. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. A comfy lounge, great dining table with plenty of chairs. Every bedroom had great beds and nice linen. We had a great time and hope to return sometime. A great location for a 15 min walk into town, but be prepared for the hill on the way back! 😂 We had a fab weekend and loved it. »
