«This townhouse is exactly as described. The location is superb--a very short distance to Quay-side restaurants and shops and also close to food markets, but very quiet! Rooms are comfortable and lots of space. There are 3 floors and stairs, so need to be comfortable with that. All the basic amenities, but no frills. Would be helpful to have more instructions on appliances for those of us from out of country. We would definitely stay here again--excellent place!»

«We were really surprised at how lovely the barn conversion was. Although it is a little off the beaten track it is ideal for exploring the area so close to all the busy commute roads, It is so quiet in the countryside you can really chill. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to visit again»

«This was such a great place to stay. Its a lovely house with a super cozy living room, incredible wood burner and what would be a glorious garden in the summer. It was perfectly clean and well maintained. Host was super easy to talk to. Great location for us with Exeter, sidmouth and lyme regis all in easy distance.»

«We absolutely loved this cottage. We wanted somewhere home from home for 23rd December to 28th. It was just me, my husband and our dog. We were spoilt for choice as to places to visit and coming back to the cottage and spending time in the large lounge with the fire going was bliss. We would highly recommend this cottage. The host was extremely friendly and answered all our questions quickly. We will definitely be back! Leaving with extremely fond memories of a lovely Christmas spent here.»

«We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time.»

«The Mole Resort is absolutely FABULOUS! Lodges are spacious, very clean and well equipped with own parking space at the door to the lodge. It is a quiet resort (whilst I was there anyway!) and this was well received. The team are easily contacted via WhatsApp which is great and there was only 1 issue I needed to bring to their attention (patio door did not lock during my stay, thought to be caused by the hot weather).
