This is the worst hotel I ever stay in Chiquimula Guatemala. The first day we arrived the Junior Suite 1 the bathroom was totally inappropriate and the hot water did not work when attempting to turn it on, it will just turn but no hot water came out. The staff was very unprofessional and did not want to go check it out, finally they moved us to another Junior Suite 7 and the bathroom was nasty and the water will not drained and cover our feet. When I talked to the staff they were very rude and unprofessional and they had to move us to another room this time a Master suite where the door was hard to open and they told me that I can only stay there for 3 days and then they moved us again for the fourth time back to Junior Suite 9 which was also nasty and the bathroom full of mold the rooms looked like they don’t clean them and my 6 year old daughter got sick of the mold and how dirty the bathrooms are in this place. I will never stay in the supposedly best hotel in the area. I will not recommend this hotel at all. The are no phones in the room and there’s only one microwave to use and had to walk across the entire pool area to get to the room where the microwave was and the place was dirty with old food inside the microwave and the lady was just sitting there on her phone and didn’t say a word when I told her about the food in the microwave and walked out. The only descent place is the green area by the pools outside but inside is dirty full of mold. The dirtiest Hotel ever.
