Bedroom two, also on the second floor, includes a cozy queen bed and a ceiling fan. Bedroom three is furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a ceiling fan — perfect for kids or groups. The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a queen sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan, ensuite half-bathroom and direct access to the private deck.

The home features two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, all stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom includes a standing shower and jetted soaking tub. The second full bathroom, also located on the second floor, offers a shower/tub combo. The half bathroom is situated on the first floor inside the room with the sleeper sofa, easily accessible from the main living area.

The living room offers a warm and inviting space to unwind, with a large, comfortable L-shaped sofa, ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with cable, and a home theater sound system for an immersive entertainment experience. Just off the living area, the dining space includes a large table with seating for 8–10 guests. Perfect for group meals or game nights.

✦ There is a steep drop-off directly behind the back deck — parent supervision is strongly recommended.

✦ The staircase leading down to the game room is also quite steep and may not be suitable for small children.

✦ If these are concerns, this home may not be the best fit for families with young kids.

✦ The home is located next to a busy road, and noise can carry between floors. While most guests aren’t bothered by it, light sleepers or those sensitive to noise may want to take this into consideration.

• Please clean up after your dog, both inside and outside

• You are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused by your pet
