«Stayed 10 days. Overall friendly and service minded staff. Rooms are clean, but took all day before they cleaned them and they would enter the room after a short knock. Great activities for everyone. Food quality was decent - some restaurants had a long wait. Overall very happy with the stay and great value for money!»

«I'll start with positives: room was cleaned every day. Food at the restaurants was good. The cleanliness of the pool and surrounding area was definitely a big issue. We got to the hotel and Thursday night and Friday pool was very clean but after that it wasn't touched. By Monday you had plastic cups sunk at the bottom of the pool, lots of sand, napkins floating etc. I brought it up on Saturday to the staff with the hopes that they would clean it but we left the property without anyone touching ...
