«The hotel itself is nice but most of the staff there were rude and unprofessional. My son is 6 and is autistic. He was crying during dinner because he was overstimulated, one of the host said “in this country, we have remedies to deal with kids like that.” As if she wanted me to beat my autistic 6 year old into submission. I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO THERE!»

«A really nice five star hotel. Our butler Daniel was really helpful and checked in on us daily. The food and drinks were good. We ended up eating mostly at the buffet or room service. You had to check daily what restaurant that would be open and men have to wear long pants and long sleeves shirts to eat there. «For 3 år siden så var vi her "Meg og min fru" første gang og har vært der nå i år på tredje året på rad. Har vært der med og uten barn å vi må bare si det på den måten at alt er fantastisk. Folk der er så vennelige å veldig varme og gode folk som bryr seg om alle og alle får en helt avlappet ferie der kan vi anbefale på det varmeste. «Staff was amazing and the food surprises us, the room was good. It will be better if the toilet was separate. But in general we had an amazing and relaxing vacations. We stay at the coral level and upgraded to a front beach room. They also add a sargassum barrier and it really help us enjoy the beach.»
