«Check in had a slight snafu with them giving us the wrong door code but it was sorted pretty quickly. The apartment does the job. The beds aren't the most comfortable and the apartment definitely has poorly maintained college house vibes, but the neighborhood is extremely convenient and very walkable.»

«Husband/wife/teen needed a place for a weekend stay near Northwestern. The teen slept on the couch and was comfortable. Street parking was never a problem. It IS a basement property and you can expect some noise from neighbors above, but it wasn’t overly intrusive during our stay. Host very responsive and accessible. Worked out great for our needs.»

«Came to Naval Graduation and this place was quite accommodating to our needs, was able to bring the whole family where we could all stay together. We cooked, ate and caught up on time lost together. No complaints»

«It's in an old Victorian house that was converted into apartments. During the 3 days of subzero temperatures the heat was excellent and I was very comfortable despite old windows. Lots of charm.»

«Me and my friends absolutely loved the place, the rooms were very neat and tidy, the bathroom stocked with some cute amenities, the couch and chairs were very soft (my friend rlly wanted me to mention that LOL) and i was top bunk, beds are so comfy, the one tiny tiny thing is the bath is a bit confusing and the faucet was on when we got there and we couldn’t get it to stop, but that’s not much i would totally stay again»

«We were in town for a basketball game and needed a place to stay in town. We were taken aback the moment we walked in to the condo. The place is amazing with so many MCM touches. If you are a fan of everything vintage, then this place will not disappoint. If we are ever back in Evanston we will definitely book this place again!»

«This is an awesome place to stay for a Cubs game! Great atmoshpere! The place was comfortabel and clean. You are about 100 feet from where the players park and walk in. You can get pictures and autographs. I can't wait to go back!»

«It was an excellent stay. I didn’t understand the Sonder model—no front desk and electronic check in. However once I got beyond that shock I didn’t mind it. I know some folks would find the setup disconcerting. I would stay in a Sonder hotel again.»
