«Eoin met us at the drive as the cottar is tucked away. He then proceeded to give us his family background and ideas for visiting. There was a stocked kitchen complete with wine and crackers and a cozy fire crackling when we arrived. The inside is a lot bigger than pictures do it justice and we enjoyed unplugging from life for a few days. The location of the cottar is very convenient to the co op, restaurants and anywhere in the island. Honestly, it was heaven!»

When I called, the property manager met us and informed us that the deck was being redone which should have been finished when we arrived, but obviously wasn't. Owner was very easy to communicate with and provided all the details we needed in advance as well as having additional information available at the residence. The house was very comfortable and charming. It is in a great location for views over the city and a close walk to the grocery store, town, and dock. Street parking was no issue for us. «Celebrated a family birthday and it was a perfect size of home for our grown up children, partners and us. Four en-suite bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.
