The Space:

Situated towards the end of a cul-de-sac in the beautiful Watersong Resort this home has it all. Private backyard overlooking a pond from the covered patio and screened pool area. From the manned, gated entrance to the 6.700 sq ft community clubhouse this is Florida living at its best. Featuring two master bedrooms, each with a king bed (one on the first floor and one on the second) this home is ideal to host two families on vacation. A second bedroom on the first floor has it’s own en-suite bathroom and upstairs two other bedrooms share a Jack ’n’ Jill. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar overlooks the dining and spacious family rooms and sliding patio doors lead outside onto a generous covered lanai – perfect for al-fresco dining. The extended pool deck and private, heated in-ground pool and spa benefits from having no rear neighbors and provides the perfect place to relax after a day in the theme parks or entertaining family friends.

This spacious 5 bedroom Private Oasis Villa can comfortably accommodate a larger family or group of up to 10 people.



Guest Access:

All guests have exclusive access to this entire 8-bedroom villa, private pool & spa, and all of the clubhouse amenities at no additional cost.

The driveway has parking for 2 large vehicles or 4 small ones, no street parking allowed.

Watersong Resort - Davenport, Florida is a 46-acre paradise only a short distance to the area's main attraction... Walt Disney World. This luxury resort sits nestled just outside of Orlando and has quickly become one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area. During your stay, you will enjoy this well-appointed home that has been designed and decorated to provide you and your family an abundance of luxury amenities and leaves you well equipped to vacation with all the usual items you would expect to find at home. Watersong Resort is only a 40-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport and is situated central to all if Orlando’s famous attractions.

Requires all drivers first and last name as on driver's license 2 days before arrival for gate access.

This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 soap (per bathroom).

We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

We expect all guest to maintain the home in the good condition it was found in and make sure to keep clean. Any damages will be charged to the guests. Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am.

Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home unless we give permission.



No parties, no illegal drugs, no pets, and no smoking inside allowed.



POOL HEAT-IMPORTANT

* Pool and spa heat can be available for $45/night-

*Needs 3 days notice prior to arrival to be turned on.

*Pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay, temperature will not exceed 95F.

*Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.

*Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.



Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)
