«Well maintained. Enjoyed time outside by the propane fire pit with family. Nice fenced yard area with a relaxing hammock perfect for time with your dog. Excellent location, a short drive to downtown and local attractions. Highly recommend visiting James Island National Park for the lights festival and the aquarium aglow during December. Host was pleasant and accommodated our late arrival. Looking forward to another visit soon! »

«Wonderful Folly Beach Stay!We had an amazing weekend here — spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach! The pet-friendly policy made it an easy choice for us, and our dogs loved it too. We appreciated the garage that fit 3 cars, plenty of trash cans, and two screened porches that were perfect for relaxing. "Andrew Pinckney Inn is a wonderful and charming hotel centrally located in beautiful Charleston. The only thing that dragged our experience down was the sleeping-coach, which was ready to be changed. It was really horrible to sleep on. Beside this, the hotel was so lovely with a great breakfast in a charming top floor. To our surprise, they even had an afternoon-hour of complementary wine and cheese. Unfortunately it was a quite early in the afternoon, so we did not make it back to it in time. So perhaps an idea to move to a bit later, to enable time for guests to be back from day-activities. "
