Enjoy the large, fully fenced private backyard with new deck and patio set complete with Weber gas grill, perfect for enjoying a Charleston evening. The kitchen features granite countertops, a large basin sink and is fully equipped - Brand new pots and pans, 8 place settings, Ninja blender and Calphalon toaster. Additionally, there is a coffee bar complete with Keurig coffee maker and complimentary K-cups.

Living room is complete with full sized sofa or kick-back and relax in the Eames leather lounge chair and ottoman. The 55" LG Smart TV is complete with streaming apps and Xfinity cable services. Additional smart TVs in the bedrooms.

House sleeps up to 8. There are 3 bedrooms all fit with a queen bed. Additional 22" inch high queen blow up mattress available for use in the living space (linens and pillows provided). There is a high efficiency washer and dryer on site with complimentary Tide pods. Bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and granite vanity. Long driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

This is a smoke-free, pet-free home. No parties or events per town ordinance. No parking on street or on lawn. The refund policy does not cover inclement weather. If you are concerned about a weather event affecting your stay, we recommend purchasing travel insurance. Please let us know if anything breaks or is damaged during your stay so we can replace or fix it right away.
