«The hotel itself was beautiful. The room were stayed in on our second visit was not half as nice as the first room er stayed in a couple of months ago. You should offer free breakfast. To pay for something that is limited is poor service. There was also no streaming for Netflix.»

«My family really enjoyed our stay at Tides Folly Beach hotel. The staff were very friendly at check-in and even enabled us to check in much earlier than the 4pm stated check-in time. During our stay, the staff we encountered were all super friendly and helpful. When we had a minor issue with the toilet in our room, they sent up a plumber to address the problem right away. «the room was very nice the staff is very helpful even though I didn't use it the continental breakfast look very good. the only downside is the elliptical is partially broken it's been that way for years. it needs a dress to be honest with you though I didn't bring it up to the staff»

«We enjoyed the cooked-to-order omelettes every morning. The room wasn’t as spacious as I would prefer but the mattresses were very comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There wasn’t housekeeping every day so we had to ask for clean towels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here!»

«Room layout was unique and nice. The bed was quite comfortable. Was not a fan of the unenclosed shower layout as it was a glass wall covering one half with the other half being exposed, so water was not fully contained. The elevator jumped aggressively at one point and did not take us to the desired floor which was a bit scary. Management seemed to resolve it when we brought it up. Overall, it was a decent experience.»
