«Property is in need of a little TLC. Bathroom tiles cracked and dirty. Oven knobs missing, door wobbly and pictures to show which ring etc rubbed off, pot lid handles cracked, glass light shades cracked/broken. Many walls have been filled with filler but not painted. However this did not take away from our break with family. »

«My family and I had had the most wonderful stay at Stronachlachar Lodge. The house is ABSOLUTELY stunning, with picturesque views from almost every window, and being directly on Loch Katarine. It is so peaceful and despite being so big, it is incredibly homely. «Wonderful views, fantastic location, well equipped, it was a lovely place to stay. The entrance stairs were hard work for the two retirees in our party but the rest of us were fine with them.»

«Very convenient location (to walk around Oban, and to grocery stores), beds were quite comfy, check-in was very easy, and host was very responsive. Lovely spot, would definitely stay again. Only complaint is that it was a little untidy (crumbs in the kitchen, some surfaces dusty).»
