«Cleanliness and condition of room and smmenities was excellent. Breakfast was better than most with good variety. To find better you need to move up to a hotel with a full buffet breakfast and much higher cost. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful!»

«Sonesta in Richardson is beautiful. The customer service provided by Jemini was truly welcoming upon my arrival. She went above and beyond to help me with my room and location. «However, the entrance of the hotel was dirty- especially coaches- and cleaning was being done at 9pm which should be early in the morning, all dusts wiped through to us while having coffee. Hotel is one the cleanest one not only in TX also around the Country. »

«We stayed here because we were going to Billy Bob’s. Happy we did. It was very clean and the shuttle service to the club was great. We didn’t go to breakfast but there is a great restaurant next door for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend! »
